Your student will be notified by school email that they have a care package for pickup. In addition, if you provided us with your student's cell phone number when you placed your order, your student will be notified by text message.

That is totally up to you as we have our own notification process in place. However, if you have not provided us with their cell phone number it might be a good idea to let them know. Some of our students do not check their emails or mailboxes on a regular basis, especially around finals.
Whether you place your order by mail, phone or online, you will receive a confirmation email for your care package order. For mail-in orders, it can take up to a week before you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If you still do not have a confirmation email, you can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or call SWAKU Customer Service at 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Yes. Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package. The encouragement card will have the same inspirational quote as the one you received in the mail.
No. Once the order deadline has passed, we do not accept late orders, as it makes it difficult to deliver your student's care package on time. Please check our Package Schedule to see if the online deadline has passed.
