How will my student be notified?

Your student will be notified by school email that they have a care package for pickup.  In addition, if you provided us with your student's cell phone number when you placed your order, your student will be notified by text message. 

When will the care packages be available for pickup?

Go to our Package Schedule to view all the details related to package order deadlines and package delivery to the residence halls.

How can I verify that SWAKU has received my order?

Whether you place your order by mail, phone or online,  you will receive a confirmation email for your care package order.  For mail-in orders,  it can take up to a week before you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If you still do not have a confirmation email, you can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or call SWAKU Customer Service at 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Can I include an encouragement card if I am ordering online?

Yes!  Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart,  you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your student's care package.  The encouragement card will have the same inspirational quote like the one you received in the mail.

If the order deadline has passed, is it still possible to order a care package?

No. Once the order deadline has passed, we do not accept late orders, as it makes it difficult to deliver your student's care package on time.  Please check our Package Schedule to see if the online deadline has passed.
