Your student will be notified by the school that they have a care package for pickup.
Please go to our Package Schedule to see all the details related to package availability, package pickup deadline and other relevant dates.
That is totally up to you as we have our own notification process in place. However, it might be a good idea to let them know. Some of our students do not check their emails or mailboxes on a regular basis, especially around finals.
Regardless of how you place your order (online, phone or mail), you should have received an order confirmation email. For mail-in orders, it can take up to a week before you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service @ 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Yes. Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package. The encouragement card will have the same inspirational quote as the one you received in the mail.
Maybe. The deadline for ordering online or by phone is a little later than the mail-in deadline. Check our Package Schedule to see if the online deadline has passed. If it has, unfortunately, yes it is too late to order for this event.
