What provider do you use for shipping?
All of our packages are shipped via UPS Ground shipping to ensure they arrive on schedule.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, but not online. If you need to expedite your shipment please contact our Customer Service department. They will work with you to determine the best method to get your package delivered in time.
How can I verify you received my order?
Regardless of how you place your order (online, phone or mail), you will receive an order confirmation email. For mail-in orders, it can take up to a week before you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can use the Contact Us
form to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Can I include a card if I am ordering online?
Yes. Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your student's care package.
