Whether you place your order by mail, phone or online, you will receive a confirmation email for your care package order. For mail-in orders, it can take up to a week before you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If you still do not have a confirmation email, you can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or call SWAKU Customer Service at 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Yes! Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart, you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your student's care package. The encouragement card will have the same inspirational quote as the one you received in the mail.
The proceeds from this care package fundraiser for the UWSP Residence Hall Association go right back to your students! We use the money raised to bring students interactive programs, scholarship opportunities, and leadership development opportunities.
No. Once the order deadline has passed, we do not accept late orders, as it makes it difficult to deliver your student's care package on time. Please check our Package Schedule to see if the online deadline has passed.
Our care packages are delivered to the front desk of each hall, not to the door of your student's room. Have your student check their mailbox for a package slip. If your student does not have a package slip, they can contact the UWSP Residence Hall Association at 715-346-2556 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
