How will my student be notified?

Your student will be notified by email and mail slip that they have a care package for pickup.

When will the care packages be available for pickup?

Please go to our Package Schedule to see all the details related to package availability, package pickup deadline and other relevant dates.

Should I let them know a care package is coming?

That is totally up to you as we have our own notification process in place. However, if you have not provided us with their cell phone number it might be a good idea to let them know.  Some of our students do not check their emails or mail boxes on a regular basis, especially around finals.

How can I verify you received my order?

Regardless of how you place your order (online, phone or mail) you should have received an order confirmation email. For mail-in orders it can take up to a week before you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check you spam folder. If it is not there, you can can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service @ 800-929-8184 anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Can I include a card if I am ordering online?

Yes.  Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given a opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package.  The encouragement card will have the same inspirational quote as the one you received in the mail.

If it's past the initial order deadline, is it still possible to order a care package?

For a given Event the deadline for ordering online or by phone is a little later than the mail-in deadline.  Check our Package Schedule to see if the Event online deadline has past.  But don't worry if you miss the current event there will be another opportunity to send an amazing care package just around the corner, so just check back with us in a week or two.
