Frequently Asked Questions

What provider do you use for shipping?

All of our packages are shipped via UPS Ground (or Sure Post) shipping to ensure they arrive on schedule.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

No, it has been our experience that packages ordered late frequently miss the student.

How can I verify you received my order?

Regardless of how you place your order (online, phone or mail), you will receive an order confirmation email. (Please note that we are currently having difficutly delivering Order Confirmations to any 'bell' emails.)  For mail-in orders, it can take up to a week before you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can use the Contact Us form to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Can I include a card if I am ordering online?

Yes.  Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package.
