Frequently Asked Questions

What provider do you use for shipping?

Packages are shipped via UPS Ground shipping or via UPS's Sure Post (through USPS).

What delivery date should I select?

You want to have your package scheduled to arrive a day or two before you'd like your student to actually have it.  If it goes to a front desk, it may be some time before student is notified.

How can I verify you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email.  If you have not received an order confirmation email, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can select the Contact Us menu item above to request an order confirmation or you can call Customer Service anytime between 9 am & 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.

Can I include a card if I am ordering online?

Yes.  Once you have added your care package to your shopping cart you will be given an opportunity to include an encouragement message that will be placed inside your care package.
